Order Policy – No Returns or Cancellations

At Sylorane, every order is processed quickly to ensure fast delivery.
Because of this, all sales are final — we do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

The only exceptions are:


  • If your product arrives damaged

  • If your order is missing parts

In these rare cases, please email support@sylorane.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos, and we’ll send a replacement at no cost to you.
